An Act of God
God/Michael
Iron Crow Theatre
January 10th-26th 2025
"Jack Taylor did the honors of playing God. Along with the honor came nearly 90 minutes of comic monologue and Taylor handled the assignment in a way that merited a hearty 'Praise God' from all who heard."
-DC Theater Arts
"Mr. Taylor more than measures up to in his take on The Almighty. He is irreverent, irreligious, incorrigible, and an absolute laugh riot for most of the 90-minute joy ride of this show. This guy grabs the stage and wrestles the audience to the ground."
-Broadway World
"Jack Taylor... surely a welcome addition to the Baltimore scene. The archangel Michael, [is] played so delightfully earnestly by Taylor."

About
Lil' Ol' Me
Well hello there!
I am a determined artist born in Baltimore, and spent the past few years in Philly. Now you can catch me back in the Maryland suburbs serving eggs by day and serving as the local bar wench at night.
My work as an actor has led me to a wide range of roles, comedic and dramatic, contemporary and classical, even some devised work. I have a strong passion for Shakespeare and Theater for Young Audiences and am continually seeking work in these areas.
I am the founder of In Your Face Productions, a small non-profit theater company based in Edgewood, MD designed to create a space for young actors to perform in the summer without the barrier of payment.
Also the founder of OJ Productions, a new theater company based in Philadelphia.

Look at me go!

I am constantly trying to create art. When not working as an actor, I am finding new projects to produce and direct.
In 2022, I co-founded OJ Productions, a new philadelphia based theatre company dedicated to telling bold stories intimately. Now as the sole artistic director, myself and a team of artists are developing and planning our 2025 season! Stay tuned for more info.
I am interested in joining other companies as a director/assistant director! Check out my work!
